Anny (Anne Emmanuel Ibrahim), born in Delta state Nigeria is a Gospel/ Inspirational Artiste with multiple award credits to her career and a brand to reckon with in the music industry today, inspiring many all over the world through her music, performances and creative works.

Brief biography and musical career

She is also a Banking and Finance Graduate of Kano State Polytechnic with a Master’s Degree in Management from Bayero University, Kano.

Having discovered her God given vocal talent at a very tender age in the children’s church choir in Kano state, her prowess soon grew immeasurably, courting so many fans and admirers beyond the walls of the church. These acted as the platform to start off her professional career with two astonishing Albums to her credit.

Her First LP, “Your Mercy”, a 10-track album released in 2009 greatly signified her grand entry into the league of A-List artists in Africa with the potential to soar even beyond the shores. In the same year of release, the album earned international recognition, winning her awards and numerous nominations.

Her second LP, a 16 track album titled “Time” is a continuation of her success story with more hit tracks and a convincing delivery of soul lifting music, creatively expressed with a fusion of the best production and vocals, giving birth to hit tracks like “Na Time”, “Come And See”, “ Woruno”, “If No Be God”, “ Right Now” and a host of others. The Album earned her more visibility and global recognition, sweeping in numerous nominations, awards, and performance bookings home and abroad, evidently positioning her on the path of music legendary.

Her sequel singles “Happy Day”, “ I No Go Fear” and “Peace around the world” off her proposed third album are both glooming in high demand, growing viral in the public. Released earlier in the year to wide acceptance across all age gender and demography and greatly inspired by the growing state of human induced disasters, insecurity and terror, the project was themed “A Campaign Song for world peace”, featuring an ensemble of renowned Nigerian inspirational artists all for one purpose, to lend a voice in support of peace, love and unity beyond ethnicity, race or tribe. The song “Peace Around the World” was recently endorsed by the Niger Delta Development Commission as a peace initiative worthy of recognition and support. With promises of more hit singles to be released very soon, Anny surely is a spectacle to look out for. She has performed on the same platforms in Nigeria and around the world with great artists like Sammie Okposo, Onyeka Onwenu, Bouqui, Omawunmi, to mention a few. She is a proud member of the Delta All Stars, a prestigious selection of the finest music ambassadors who represent the proud origin and creativity of the richly blessed Delta state anywhere in the world. She was also one of the “Nigerian All Star Artists” who sang the “Theme Song for Nigeria”, performed for the President of the country and various State Governors on various occasions of National events and honours.Anny is also reputed for notable musical events and humanitarian services. Some of which include: “Anny And Friends in Concert”, a yearly musical event that brings together renowned gospel artists in an atmosphere of worship and the recently Debuted “Anny Peace and Love Concert”, an annual event themed around showcasing her and a distinctive selection of inspirational artistes in a performance oriented display of creativity and stage showmanship aimed at using the power of music, arts and creativity (which collectively are a great influence on the youth and society in general) to promote peace and love as positive values in the achievement of societal growth and progress .

For humanitarian services, most prominently, she is the Founder of Annyluv Educational Foundation, , a Non-Profit Based, Socio-Humanitarian Organization through which she has been able to channel her unrelenting commitment to Women Empowerment, Poverty alleviation and Education, social responsibility and other positive development agenda with immense contribution at various magnitudes. There are also plans in the works for more projects which include the Second Edition of “Anny Peace and Love Concert” scheduled to hold before the end of the 3rd quarter of this year.
