Background Profile and Musical Career

Efe Nathan is a Music Minister, singer, Worshipper, songwriter and a music director. A recording and a performing artiste. Among other recognitions, Efe’s work earned her a nomination on the BEST ALBUM category of the 2012 and 2015 Scepters National Gospel Awards. And also, was nominated for the BEST FEMALE VOCALIST for crystal award 2013 & 2014.

Her Two albums: ROCK WITH ME and A NEW LEVEL enjoyed lavish airplay on radio and stereos all over Nigeria, West Africa and the UK. Efe’s hits went on to earn her Artiste of the Year 2011 and 2012 on Inspiration FM, one of Nigeria’s top radio stations. Every song on the albums carries a hint of ethnicity to the listener. She calls her genre CONTAF which means ‘Contemporary African’. Efe’s dream is to inject CONTAF into the list of global genres.

With the consciousness of making an impact, Efe has performed live alongside the likes of Kim Burrell (USA). Kevin Gray (USA) Michelle Hammond of USA, Ben Okafor of UK, she has worked with a consistently growing list of global singers including Olufunmi, Mike Aremu, Sammy Okposo, ONOS, IGE, and Mike Abdul OF MIDNIGHT CREW, and the Navigators which is currently her band. EFE served with This Present house for 10years as the praise worship leader and currently working with Holy Ghost Christian Center. She has ministered in churches like Guiding light assembly, Trem headquarters, Action Chapel (Ghana), Kingsway International Christian center (KICC South Africa), RCCG Grace Assembly (Dubai), Rccg Rose of Sharon, kings word, Holy ghost Christian center (New Jersey), Revival Assembly, kings court (Rccg, David Christian center, Fountain of life church, Harvest house Christian centre(Ibadan). Harvesters international Christian center, Rccg Throne Room(Abuja), Hiltop international Christian center(Port Harcourt) Rccg City of David, Global Impact, House on the Rock church.

With this Experience EFE Answered the call to Teach Musicians, Praise Worship Leaders, church Choirs and worshipers the Heartbeat of God which is worship. To Teach God’s people to get to a Deeper level in God. What Efe loves about her music is the fact that it brings about an Atmosphere of Worship, Vibrant Praise n healing in God’s Presence. EFE currently released her new Album titled ‘BROKEN’ with hits like NOBODY LIKE YOU, I DECLARE MEDLEY and I’M IN LOVE WITH YOU. And its blessing lives.

Efe recently released a great song of Worship titled GREAT AND MARVELLOUS which she co-wrote with International Worship Leader Nathaniel Bassey. Efe is a testimony of someone who stays in the place of service and is consistent in and out of season and has been blessed and GRACED doing Music.

She is married to Nathan Akinremi who is also a gospel singer to and their union is blessed with a daughter Zamar.
